26" barrel in .30-30 caliber. Standard rifle manufactured in 1919. Full octagon barrel, full magazine, blued finish, walnut stock, rifle butt, Marbles tang rear sight plugged, sporting front sight. It appears as if the rifle was stored poorly. There is a 9" section of fine pitting on top three flats of barrel forward of rear sight, otherwise balance retains approximately 80% original blue. Tube is a replacement. Left side of frame retains 75% original blue blending with brown patina. Right side has traces of original blue with balance patina. Wood is excellent with no cracks. Action is fine. Strong bore.
