24" barrel in .32-20 caliber. Manufactured 1917. Standard rifle features full octagon barrel, full magazine, orignal Winchester sporting sights, blued finish, walnut stock, rifle butt. Barrel legends and edges are razor sharp. Barrel has some scratches to finish 4" from muzzle. Magazine has a 1" spot or corrosion at base, otherwise retains 80% original blue. The frame retains generous amounts of blue, approximately 50% with the balance simply flaked to a soft chocolate brown with a 1/2" blemish on right side. Stocks are excellent with cracks, with added finish and an "M" carved on right side. Has a strong bore and perfect action.
