This bust of a man was sculpted in a manner that lets the viewer see the intricacies of the entire bust. The bust depicts a gentleman in a reddish brown jacket with some yellow on the shoulder. His hat has two horns in the front with what remains of a feather. The man bears a scowl amongst his red beard and mustache and eyebrows. In his right hand he clasps a scroll tight to his chest. The bust is hollow and on the verso a signature for “Fritz Albert Sicrlpotz” is found. The bust is approximately 13 x 9-1/4 inches. The bust has jagged edges all over and on the base. The feather on the hat was broken off as well as part of the front of the hat. There are chip marks all over the bust as well as some places where the paint has come off.
