Octagon 40-3/4” barrel in .44 caliber smoothbore. Flat percussion lock with stamp decorated engraving; double set triggers. Crudely engraved oval-lidded patch box with pineapple finial, all other furniture is plain brass. Highly figured full length maple stock crudely carved, crude relief carving around lock, side plate and barrel tang. No nose cap, replaced modern wooden ramrod. Very good condition, barrel with edge wear and scattered dark spots, grey patina overall. Lock with worn stamp engraving and dark patina. Stock excellent, furniture has a mellow patina.
