5-1/2" barrel in .30 caliber. Standard commercial Model Broomhandle. Left side of frame stamped "Germany". Top of barrel has the Mauser stamp. Matching serial number on barrel, firing pin, backstrap (both places), as well as hammer. This looks to be a typical War bring-back. The entire gun was nickel plated of which approximately 97% remains with some freckling. Legends are all readable with the exception of the right side panel address. Sports a beautiful pair of real Mother of Pearl grips. No lanyard ring. Strong rifling. Has some tooling/engraving done to the front of the barrel. Handsome pistol in its own right. Comes with reproduction wooden holster/shoulder stock with leather hanger.
