10 Bore, 30” Damascus steel barrels, 2-3/4” chambers with solid matte rib with single silver bead and marked “W. WELLINGTON. LONDON. LAMINATED STEEL” with a sprig of scroll engraving near breech. Scroll engraved back-action locks marked “W. WELLINGTON”. Engraved trigger guard lever opens action. Figured walnut stock with checkered straight stock and steel butt plate. Fore-end checkered and with barrel key and engraved escutcheons. Good condition. Overall retains a grey patina, hammers with generous traces of blue and Damascus lamination on barrels still visible. Scattered marks from use. Action crisp, bores frosted and with some pitting. Stocks with scattered marks from use and wear to checkering.
