Round 49" barrel, 8 gauge, with two English proof marks near the patent. Silver front teardrop sight. Converted percussion lock with British military crown proof mark beneath bolster, rounded lock plate with double line border. Heavy walnut half stock with horn nose cap and checkered wrist. Flat steel furniture, wooden ramrod with brass tip. Excellent condition, barrel and lock with even brown patina and clear markings. All steel furniture with dark even patina and trigger guard. Finial missing one very small branch. Stock is excellent with scattered marks from use.
