6-1/2" barrel in .44 S&W Special caliber. This six shot, double action was built on the square butt N frame with case colored hammer and trigger, and a lanyard loop. Matching numbers on barrel and cylinder. Strong colors on hammer and trigger. Revolver has high edge wear with wear along both sides of barrel. Brown patina on right side of frame forward of cylinder. Sports a pair of non-medallion checkered walnut grips not numbered to gun. Blued finish. Has a cylinder ring. Backstrap has silvered out and retains 20% blue on front grip strap. Was obviously holster worn as evidenced by the wear on sides of barrel and cylinder flats but still retains approximately 50% blue. Perfect action. Strong, clean bore. This revolver dates to the early 1920's.
