This Wedgewood-like plaque, signed Elliott, is a bas relief with three angels depicted with one of the angels atop of a lion. This angel carries a staff with an oval shaped object attached to it by a bow. The angel that leads the lion, also carries a staff and shawl. The rear angel blows on a curved horn. In the background there is a single tree. The piece is framed with yellowish orange felt in a wooden frame with sea green and gold trim. On the verso, a small cut out reveals the signature. Including the frame, the piece is approximately 6-7/8 x 5-3/4 inches. The tile is approximately 4-3/8 x 3-1/8 inches. The tile itself appears to be in good condition. The frame has several nicks, chips and dents. The back of the frame has some punctures to the brown tape along with discoloration.
