Caliber 6.5mm with a 17.75" barrel. Standard military World War II issue that features the fixed rear sight. Stamped "Cal. 6.5". Manufactured in Gardone. Has the attached folding bayonet with blued finish. Walnut stock with handguard. Left side of stock is numbered to gun and end is stamped "F.A.G. 42". Sling swivel on left side of front barrel band and built into the left side of stock. Sports a metal butt plate and fixed magazine. Bolt is stamped "CG 19", right side of barrel is stamped "942-xx". Metal retains approximately 85% factory blue. Butt plate is stamped "F REG." No visible import marks. Fine working condition. Strong rifle bore. Excellent stock with the few usual dings and a 4" scratch on the right side that looks like a crack but is not. The magazine floor plate retains approximately 80% high polish blue.
