26" barrel in .458 Winchester Magnum. This rifle is built on the 1956 MC Model. The Magnum rifle features straight butter knife bolt, which acts like a third locking lug on magnums, factory drilled and tapped, half stock, "Stoeger Arms" on floor plate, black forend tip, checkered walnut stock, with composite pistol grip cap and buttplate, Monte Carlo rollover comb, hooded ramp front sight, folding leaf rear sight, blued finish, single trigger, sling and swivels, and a double stock bolt reinforcement. The barrel has a couple of age spots, otherwise all bluing is at 99%. Stock has a few minor impressions. Perfect bore and action. Considered one of the finest rifles ever made. Especially difficult to find .458.
