This stoneware crock has a greyish color as the base glaze with a floral motif in blue glaze, all along the top of the crock. Above this motif on one side, a "2" is stamped into the clay. All over the crock there are a brownish orange streaking is present. There are also splotches of the blue glaze used for the floral motif. The interior of the crock is not glazed and it has a flat base. The crock is approximately 13 x 8 inches at its widest, the opening of the crock is approximately 5-1/8 inches wide. Overall the crock is in good condition, however there are inconsistencies in the clay and in the glaze. The top is worn of the glaze in places. There are some places where there are chips and nicks present. There are slight cracks on the base of the crock.
