Wind up. Scarcer, pre war hand cars. Includes a colorful original box with inserts. Made by Wells, London. Marked "By Permission Walt Disney-Mickey Mouse, LTD". Some creasing and tearing to the side aprons. Composition figures have some crazing. Depicts Pluto and Horace on the sides of the tin litho hand car. Also includes six pieces of original track.
