This stoneware jug has a grayish mottled base color with a blue floral glazed pattern on the front. There are several smaller darker spots visible on the jug as well. The jug is approximately 11-3/8” tall. This jug has a flat base.Overall the condition of the jug is good, however there are inconsistencies in the clay and glaze. At the opening at the top of the jug, the glaze is worn and chip present. At the base of the jug, there are chips and nicks present along with kiln and pit marks all over the piece. The handle of the jug is fitted flush to the body of the ware.
