Includes the original box marked "501 W Wrecker". Box is complete with some creasing and soiling on one panel. Scarce variation truck, nice "Smith-Miller" decals on the sides of the doors. Original crank and tow hook, black rubber tires, bumper is good. Some scratching and paint loss to the top of the cab.
