A character Heubach child affixed to a cone shaped walking base that also has a simulated crying sound. Mechanism in working order, bisque head is typical Heubach quality, composition arms and dressed in layers of white baby gowns. Bisque head appears to be free of any damage and having usual Heubach markings on rear of head.
