Large gaming wheel with 10 sections, each with 15 white dice on a blue background. In the center of the wheel is a red and mirrored 12-point star shape. At the very center is stamped "H.C. Evans & Co. Chicago ILL". The wheel is mounted to a red painted wooden post with a cast metal tripod stand. Does not include an odds changer or layout. Displays wear throughout.
