This size 6-¼ channel set ring consists of 26 stones, half of which are diamonds and the other half are blue sapphires. The band is unmarked, but tests as 18K. Some of the blue sapphires in this band are very deep in color. Each stone is approximately 0.05 points, making the ring have an approximate total of 1.30 carats. The total gross weight of the ring is 4.0 penny weights. This ring comes with an appraisal from Jack Kellmer Company, dated 1983.The diamonds vary in clarity and the blue sapphires vary in intensity of color- some are deeper in color than others. The diamonds have visible internal and external inclusions, such as chips, nicks, and scratches. Those characteristics are also visible on the sapphires.
