Created in 1910 by the Mills Novelty Company, most of these machines were eventually destroyed due to outbreaks in tuberculosis. This is a John Papa recreation. Olive green stained wood cabinet with intricate and ornate detailing from the fully outfitted divers to the original mermaid and ship artwork. The user of this machine would deposit their coin and blow into the mouthpiece in an attempt to raise all of the divers to the surface. There are two minor vertical cracks in the large ship. Includes 3 keys.
