An earlier 20th century toy depicting a young man playing his violin standing atop of a wheeled decorated wooden base with his trusty dog beside him. When the toy is pulled along the floor he strums his violin while turning his head side to side. The toy appears to be in untouched all original condition. The closed mouth bisque head is marked with an H/0. Overall in good condition with some oxidation to the 4 iron wheels, action is a bit hesitant (probably a small adjustment for smoother play action?).
