Circa Civil War. Made of solid gold. Decorated on the front in black and white enamel, with engraving of banner marked "Union", surmounted by American eagle with spread wings. Two Union flags in black enamel on gold, two female figures; one liberty, the other justice; in black and white enamel and gold. Fine condition.
