This lot is of a Seth Thomas "Florence" clock. The body of this clock is comprised of a dark wood with a lighter wood used for the inlay design that goes around the perimeter of the clock with a small design above and a fleur-de-lis below the clock’s face. The clock has an off white color that was used to make the face of the clock with black used for the numbers. On the outer edge of the three, six and nine, are the respective minutes associate with that position on the clock. There are two key holes on this clock's face, making it a time and strike clock. Overall the clock is in good condition, however along the edge of the clock, there are some places where the wood is deficient or the edges are not flush against each other. Please note that the metal door that encases the glass used to protect the face of the clock does not close all of the way.
