The banner across this marvelous carousel says "Cirque Petit / Piece Unique / Hartmann Dir? 83". It is the work of J.P. Hartmann. The carousel features 5 elephants and a twirling woman with a parasol. Included is a bag of 10 lead figurines that were made in France. Underneath is a Reuge Swiss musical movement.
