Circa 1815 to 1825. OL: 64 - 3/4". BL: 49 - 1/2". TB: Octagon to round. LM: Flintlock. Obvious re-conversion. S: Walnut. SR: Lengthened. One silver inlay. This Kentucky fowler signed "J. Doll" is a walnut stocked with the fore-end being restored approximately 37 inches from two inches behind the rear ramrod ferrule on out to the muzzle. The lock has been re-converted and the stock is darkened to match the new wood.
