Circa 1810 to 1820. OL: 58 - 3/4". BL: 43". Original. TB: Octagonal. LM: Flintlock. Re-conversion. PB: 4-piece. S: Curly Maple. SR: Lengthened eight inches at fore-end. This rifle is signed "C. Gumpf", who was part of one of Lancaster's leading gunsmith families. This rifle is an example of his less expensive rifles and is un-carved, but well-made.
