This Kentucky fowling piece was made up of earlier parts from the 18th century including a very fine "hand-made" original flintlock and octagonal to round barrel which has been shortened. The piece has a fine curly maple stock with pleasing architecture and old patina. The upper end of the stock has broken off and is missing.
