Circa 1835 to 1845. OL: 50 - 1/2". BL: 35 - 1/4". TB: Octagonal. LM: Percussion. Original. PB: 4-piece. S: Curly Maple. Incise carving. This later Kentucky Rifle is signed "John Keller, Carlisle PA" on the barrel with a "Kelker Bros., Harrisburg" back-action lock. His work is always recognizable even when it is occasionally unsigned. The overall condition of this rifle is excellent and it has a fine curly maple stock with no repairs.
