Battery operated. Includes original box with cardboard inserts. Made in Japan by Alps. Toy is clean, dome has some minor scratching, no cracks. On/off switch operated by metal antenna. Works properly, makes noises, has colors and illuminated space scene inside the chest window. Box is complete but does have some staining, creasing, edge wear and one small burn hole at the edge. Box is in good to very good condition. Robot is in very good to excellent condition.
