The Judge is a remarkable floor model slot machine that the Mills Novelty Company produced in 1899. Not only does the oak cabinet have recessed panels and carved applique details, the ornate cast iron elements are just exquisite. In addition, the bottom of the cabinet houses a music box that plays with every spin. A quite unusual find. The playing wheel is lithograph on tin and has minor paint loss but has taken on a beautiful craquelure. This machine accepts up to five nickels at a time. An older restoration with original tin wheel and original music castings. Two keys are included.
