Mills Novelty Co. of Chicago manufactured this machine in 1923. The beautiful design elements cast into the aluminum case include two owls on columns in front, a larger owl on top and one one the back. The three replacement reels and awards card are bright white. The sides and base are oak. Two keys are included.
