For a cent the player receives two balls or "poison pills" to use to poison Hitler. The "pill" is dispensed at the top from the bottle and the player must turn the knob on the front of the cabinet to turn Hitler's head, moving the "pill" around the slopes and into his mouth. Produced in the early 1940s by Groetchen Tool & Manufacturing Co. Both sides of the cabinet are painted "Help Uncle Same Win/Buy U.S. War Bonds". There is some crazing to the paint on the cabinet. Plays well but the authenticity of this machine is questionable. One key is provided.
