A rectangular tower made of wood and glass. There is a round opening at the very top where dice may be dropped in. The dice tumble down three felt-lined ramps before exiting the tower. On the side of the bottom platform is written "J. Coatter & Co./ 1161 Grant Street/ Akron, Ohio, U.S.A./ Tel. FR-3737".
