This counter amusement or medical treatment device features two handles, one of which adjusts the amount of current to be delivered. A nice original unrestored machine with dial shows crazing and wood cabinet showing minor age wear. The tin litho has some paint loss. Will require a battery to work. Includes two keys. Circa 1899.
