Black wooden box with short handle, two hinged lids, and filled with white and black marbles. One of the lids is marked "FOE", possibly indicating its use by the Fraternal Order of Eagles. This box was used for voting with a white marble meaning "yes" and a black marble meaning "no". Voters passed a marble through the hole inside into the other compartment. The box is lined with deteriorating purple felt. There is a fair amount of wear present on the box, especially the base.
