Black wooden base and top with cylindrical glass globe. The outer metal fixtures show oxidation. The knob for the front lever is missing as is a chunk from a corner of the base. There is faint gold lettering on one side of the base which reads: "Ludwig *** Segars ****** Stationery, Sunday, & Story Papers". Circa 1930s. One key is included.
Condition: (Good - Very Good).
