This fancy cast iron countertop game also serves as a match dispenser. No coin required, the operator simply turns what looks like a ship's helm and a ball inside lands on a given number. Interior artwork features a man and maiden pouring him a beverage, entitled Au Moulin Joli. Base reads "Depose". Made in France circa 1890s to 1910.
