Mills Novelty produced this "vendor" in 1928 and used a classic Mills cast aluminum top with the owl and a new casting for the front specifically for the American Sales Co. A rare machine with the original reel strips. The wood base and upper right corner of the bottom casting have a crack. One key is included.
