Very similar in design to the Tol-Boul and similar in concept to the Bingo ball cage, upon insertion of a coin and turn of the handle, a colored ball is dispensed and shown at the center. Players can make bets on which color will appear, purely for amusement. Has not been tested. Includes key. Circa 1940.
