Colby Specialty Supply Co. manufactured this combination lung tester and dice machine in 1901. Lung testers were outlawed in New York shortly thereafter, in 1906, due to the spreading of disease. It offered players the chance to test their lung strength by blowing into the mouthpiece, as well as the opportunity to win cigars by shaking the dice. Within the cabinet is a secondary card for the lower marquee. Machine has an older restoration and replacement award card. Two keys and a padlock are provided.
