This Burham Baby Vender originally had a ball gum vendor on the left side, but has been removed. A new wood cabinet was built around just the reels and fortune legend. There is wear throughout, especially noticeable on the paper award card which is torn and soiled. The mechanism works well. Two keys are provided.
