Rifled round browned steel barrel with Hall bayonet stud on top near muzzle. Unique left-justified front and rear sight. Unique Hall Model 1819 breech loading action stamped "J.H. HALL / H. FERRY / U.S. / 1831" Action has been converted from flintlock to percussion mechanism and has steel release on bottom to open breech. Standard Model 1819 steel mounts, steel ramrod. Full length walnut stock complete with vertically stamped "E.W.R." on left side of butt with rare unmarked Hall socket bayonet. Excellent condition; most components still retain original brown finish mixed with some brown patina. Markings are excellent. Action functions perfectly. Bore is excellent. Stock is excellent with a few light marks, appears to have original finish. Ramrod is in the white and bayonet has been cleaned bright.
