This device is electrical and must be plugged in prior to use. The lid to the wooden box flips open and the hinged handle on top serves as a stand to support the lid. Circa 1939 from Mills Novelty Co. The finish on the wood box is peeling and worn and the odds table is warped and cracked. Includes one original Mills Novelty key.
