Very desirable. Embossed "Old Dutch" on both sides of toy. Four wheels on bottom with movable arms carrying a Dutch Cleanser can in her left hand and a stick in right hand. Some paint loss and wear, especially on bottom edge of base and with moderate chipping throughout.
