Black enameled cast iron wheel with gold pinstripe detail, fly wheel and attached drill pole. The pedal is monogrammed "SSW" for Samuel Stockton White, founder of S.S. White Co. Oxidation and wear is present throughout. Circa late 19th - early 20th century.
