Place a coin in Uncle Sam's hand and press the lever. He lowers his hand to drop the coin in the open satchel. Once released his arm goes up and his lover jaw moves for several seconds. Mechanism works but sluggish. Trap blacklights as original but is a slightly different color. (JY).
