Circa 1897, made by John M. Waddel Company with a unique shape and stand. When you insert a nickel, the weight of the nickel causes the spinner to turn. When the spinner stops you look to see if you won 1, 2, or 3 cigars. Everyone got at least one cigar but smokers would play in the hopes of winning more than one cigar. Very nice original condition.
