Drop a penny in the slot and blow steadily into the hose. This device was used to measure the strength of your breath. As you blow, the small man in the upper window does flips. Some wear is present to the finish of the cabinet, as well as three vertical cracks through the front. An unrestored example. This lung tester was made by Caille Bros. around 1895. One key is provided.
