Circa 1943, made by the Groetchen Tool & Mfg. Co. A World War II motif skill game, featuring Adolph Hitler graphics. Flip five pills (balls) onto Hitler's head and move his head back and forth with the knob and try to get the pill (ball) into Hitler's mouth. Cabinet shows some paint loss and the back door is warped but the machine is fully working.

Condition: (Good).
