Manufactured in 1896. Features full octagon barrel, full magazine, Sheard front sight, three leaf folding rear express sight, tang sight, blue finish, walnut stocks and rifle butt. Metal retains virtually all of the expertly reapplied high polish blue finish. Refinished wood is near mint with one minor ding on the right front forearm. Very good bore and fine action. Handsome Winchester in the antique serial number range.
