Charles Shipley was a saddle maker in Kansas City, Missouri beginning in 1885. This high quality pair of woollies consists of fully tooled belt with border stitching and rosettes, large maker stamp and a roller buckle. The back of the leggings are suede. They are completely border decorated in brads. Features full hair hide of brown and white steer. Decorated with seven conchos with leather tabs. All inner clips are intact. Excellent condition; clean with no bald spots. Just a high quality pair of classic woollies.
